Accessibility
We want this website, and our games, to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we have done
- Plain, semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Text and background colours meet AA contrast; text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
- Every picture of the game has a written description.
- The before/after pictures are ordinary sliders: focus one and use the arrow keys.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the pages do not animate.
- No cookies, pop-ups or time limits.
Known limits
- The game screenshots are renders; their descriptions say what changes between “before” and “after”, but some visual detail is lost.
- The legal pages are long. Each starts with a short summary and a table of contents.
The game
Rust to Riches is still in development. Its sound starts switched off, it is played with simple taps and drags, and it is translated into 16 languages. If something in the game is hard for you to use, please tell us while we can still change it.
Tell us about a problem
E-mail the studio with the page address and what went wrong. We usually reply within 2 working days.
